We are a small business. We’re also very accessible and approachable, and we’d love to answer any of your questions or hear your comments.
SHIPPING
We currently use AN POST for shipping out orders. An Post will only deliver to the address specified on the order and the delivery must be signed for.
There is a flat rate fee of €5.99 for shipping orders within the Republic of Ireland. Alternatively, you can collect your order for FREE in Medicus Medical Centre (please, get in touch via email to schedule collection time and date).
Shipping to other EU countries will be estimated at checkout.
After handing the package to the An Post, MNÁ Physiotherapy is no longer responsible for delivery. All orders are tracked and we always provide tracking number for our customers. For more information about delivery please contact your local An Post Office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
For items delivered by An Post, the postman will leave details of the local depot where you can collect your item.
AGE OF CONSENT
By placing an order at MNÁ Physiotherapy, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
CONTRACT INFORMATION
All orders made by you through the mnaphysiotherapy.com website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. If any pricing errors occur on the website MNA Physiotherapy reserve the right to correct these errors before a customer’s order is completed.
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and MNÁ Physiotherapy for the sale by MNÁ Physiotherapy to you of any product unless and until MNÁ Physiotherapy sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
