RETURN, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At MNÁ Physiotherapy we want you to be delighted with every order. For any queries regarding warranty or returns please contact hello@mnaphysiotherapy.com – we can guide you through this process and make it as easy as possible.
Occasionally you may want to return items. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order within 7 working days, beginning with the day after you receive the item. Unfortunately, there are certain items that we cannot accept cancellations for, and once any items are opened, they cannot be returned due to the nature of the products themselves. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All our products are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, and some may have additional coverage – details are available on individual product pages.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and unopened.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Due to the intimate nature of most of the products we sell, we cannot refund any items or accept returns or exchanges after they are opened.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of your order confirmation email should be enclosed with your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
We aim to have all refunds processed within 3 days of receiving your return. If you are in any way worried about a return or refund, please email hello@mnaphysiotherapy.com
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mnaphysiotherapy.com
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should first mail hello@mnaphysiotherapy.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Alternatively, you can return your order in person (free of charge) to Medius Medical Centre. To return your product in person, you should first contact us via email hello@mnaphysiotherapy.com to arrange suitable time and date.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
